Legal
Terms and conditions
These terms govern access to and use of the BidServe platform and related services.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
The service
BidServe provides software that discovers, structures and assesses procurement opportunities and supports bid preparation. The service is decision support. It does not guarantee eligibility, compliance or the award of any contract.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your organisation profile, accreditations and evidence accurate and current
- Review AI-generated output before relying on it or including it in a submission
- Verify requirements and deadlines against the buyer's own published documents
- Keep credentials secure and manage your users' access appropriately
- Use the platform lawfully and within the acceptable use policy
AI output
Assessments, drafts and recommendations are produced with automated assistance, carry confidence indications and remain in draft until an authorised person approves them. You remain responsible for anything you submit to a buyer.
Subscriptions and payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next renewal. Failed payments may suspend access after notice.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you upload. We retain ownership of the platform. Tender records remain subject to the rights of their original publishers.
Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost contracts, lost profits or indirect loss.
Termination
You may cancel at the end of your current term. We may suspend for serious breach. On termination you may export your data for a defined period before deletion.
This page is template wording provided for the demonstration build. It must be reviewed by a qualified adviser and completed with your organisation's details before launch.
