About us
Contracting should not be won by whoever reads the most portals
BidServe exists so that capable businesses spend their time on opportunities they can genuinely win — and know exactly what stands in the way.
Mission
Make opportunities accessible
Public and private sector contracts are published across hundreds of portals, in inconsistent formats, with requirements buried in document packs. Smaller suppliers lose to process, not to capability. BidServe automates the discovery, reading and qualification work so the decision to bid is made on evidence, early enough to matter.
We are building this as a tender intelligence and bid operating system: discovery, qualification, preparation, submission and outcome analysis in one auditable chain.
What we are careful not to claim
- We do not extract the entire web. We monitor a growing network of approved sources.
- We do not guarantee wins. Scores are decision support with the reasoning shown.
- We do not present estimates as facts. Confidence and provenance are always visible.
- We do not publish customer results without permission.
Principles
How we build
Accuracy before volume
We would rather show fewer opportunities with reliable, traceable fields than flood you with unverified records.
Lawful access only
We collect from sources we are permitted to use and never bypass logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs or access controls.
Humans approve, AI assists
AI output stays in draft until an authorised person approves it. Nothing is ever submitted autonomously.
Evidence, not assertion
Claims in a bid must trace to verified case studies, policies, certificates or statistics you hold.
Separation by default
One customer's content is never used to answer for another. Tenant isolation is enforced at the data layer.
Explain the score
Every factor, weighting and gap is shown. A score is decision support, not a prediction of the award.
