Acceptable use policy

You must not

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or another organisation's confidential bid material
• Use AI features to fabricate experience, accreditations, staff qualifications or performance data
• Attempt to access another customer's data, workspace or documents
• Scrape, resell or redistribute tender records in breach of the original publisher's terms
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls or subscription entitlements
• Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, discriminatory or harassing

Partner marketplace conduct

Introductions must be made in good faith. Confidential tender documents may only be shared with a partner after explicit permission, and only for the opportunity concerned.

Reporting

Report suspected misuse, a security issue or inaccurate AI output to us and we will investigate. We may suspend accounts while an investigation is under way.

Enforcement

Breaches may lead to content removal, feature restriction, suspension or termination, and where required, notification to the relevant authority.
