Discover. Qualify. Win.

Find the tenders your business can win.

BidServe continuously discovers procurement opportunities, checks your eligibility, identifies risks and sends you the tenders that genuinely match your business.

Notices are collected hourly from the Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder published data services. A small number of records marked as demonstration remain for illustration. Always check the buyer's own notice before bidding.

How BidServe works

From discovery to a compliant submission

Four connected stages, each auditable and each requiring human approval before anything is submitted.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your business

Build a verified profile: services, locations, accreditations, insurance, financials, case studies and preferences.

  2. 02

    We monitor approved sources

Official APIs, open-data feeds, portals and authorised publications are collected, normalised and de-duplicated.

  3. 03

    AI qualifies every opportunity

Specialist agents check mandatory requirements, score the match, expose gaps and flag risks with source references.

  4. 04

You decide and we help you bid

Pursue, monitor or decline. Approved bids open a workspace with a compliance matrix, tasks, evidence and reviews.

Tender discovery sources

A growing network of approved sources

We do not claim to scrape the entire web. BidServe collects from sources we are permitted to use, respecting terms, robots directives, licensing and rate limits.

  • Official procurement APIs
  • Open-data publications
  • RSS and XML feeds
  • Structured portal listings
  • Buyer email notices
  • Administrator uploads and CSV imports

Source governance

Every source is registered with its access method, permission status, terms-review date, crawl frequency, health and failure history. Administrators can pause a source at any time.

  • Raw source records retained alongside the standardised record
  • Field-level confidence with low-confidence values flagged for review
  • Duplicate notices merged into one canonical tender with all known sources
  • Amendment history preserved — nothing is silently overwritten

Bid/no-bid intelligence

  • Time available versus realistic bid effort
  • Financial exposure, payment terms and bonds
  • Resource availability across the delivery window
  • Competitive position and likely incumbents

Compliance-gap detection

Requirements are lifted from the tender pack with the source document and page, then checked against your verified profile.

  • Certifications and accreditations
  • Policies, from modern slavery to equality and diversity
  • Financial thresholds and turnover tests
  • Security clearances and cyber standards
  • Evidence owners, due dates and reviewers

  • Document library with drafts, clarifications and final submission
